Ginning

In the Ginning process, cotton Is separated from its seed.

Awanberg owns the largest ginning factory network in Asia. We engaged in cotton ginning over thirty years. Within the radius of 300 km each ginning mills is attached with spinning mills that results in producing 900 bales per day of homogeneous cotton.

As Ginners we know how to operate the gin so as to optimize its performance for our customers. Before ginning the raw cotton is care fully sleeted and 35500 workers are assigned to remove impurities from the raw cotton. This process of purification helps in preserving the natural characteristics of cotton fiber and its strength. Fiber fineness and ginning values strictly undergo scrutiny through various laboratory and technology checks, in these factories about 250,000 3000,000 cotton bales are produced in a season.
